This session will cover dynamic workload management in a CICS and CICS + CICSPlex SM Workload Management environment.  It will discuss the opportunities for workload management; how workload management works, urban myths and truths regarding CICSPlex SM WLM.  It will also look at various deployment scenarios including integration with automation capabilities to provide around the clock application availability.  After attending this session, the attendee will understand the challenges of enabling a dynamic workload management environment, its capabilities and strategies for successful deployment.
