The speakers from z/OS Support will step you through how to diagnose ABEND0C4 and ABEND0C1 errors. In addition to laying the groundwork for understanding these types of program checks, the session will take you through the analysis of translation exceptions, a protection exception, and a wild branch. Emphasis will be placed on diagnostic approach, including which IPCS commands to use to gather relevant data, and a step-wise approach to assessing what the data is telling you.-Patty Little-IBM Corporation; John C.
