One of the more exciting technologies recently introduced to CICS processing capabilities is the Web Services support that was offered beginning with CICS TS V3.1.
This session will briefly review Web Services processing and configuration requirements, before discussing detailed diagnostic techniques and approaches to identifying problems. We'll also discuss the type of documentation that is useful for observing Web Services processing errors.
Come to this session to learn the techniques CICS Level 2 support uses to investigate and resolve Web Services problems.
