DevOps and IMS: New change management in an IMS environment

DevOps is a popular methodology for automating development, change management and deployment in non-mainframe environments.  This discussion will focus on an implementation that captures and adds mainframe development (specifically IMS application development) into the DevOps framework.  An existing Jenkins solution that we use today will be highlighted.  This will also aid in cataloging knowledge from a retiring workforce and help enforce standards into the future. 
The beauty of a solution that works in IMS and DB2 along with non-mainframe applications can be achieved with DevOps integration.-Robert Blackhall-BMC Software; John ODowd-BMC Software
