Mainframe DevOps, as continuous process of developing software solutions is severely lacking la post-deployment verification step. An on demand or scheduled audit process that ensures that what was deployed matches the desired state is critical to insure all files and components arrived as planned. This can identify accidental errors as well as malicious acts before they cause a system outage or even worse a data breach.
This session describes a validation process that utilizes Mainframe File Integrity Monitoring to detect problems in the deployment of applications on z/OS, USS, Unix, Linux and Windows systems.-Allen Saurette-MainTegrity Inc
