IBM has an RFE from SHARE to improve IBM Knowledge Center (KC), but to make meaningful change, we need to hear specifics from you. How can search be improved? What level of granularity is needed? Would it be helpful for KC to integrate other IBM information repositories into KC? What aspects of intelligent assistance could be helpful to make your job easier?
