With a background in z/OS operating components, this presenter has recently moved to a new role as a performance analyst. This session will delve into the new experiences learned from some external performance measurement/monitoring tools and methods while bridging back to z/OS components and concepts. The focus will be on sharing knowledge and techniques that clients can apply or even starting a dialogue about some of their experiences as well in this session.-Joe Gentile-IBM
