Learn from two new hires of IBM Systems; Edrian and Luisa; how IBM is currently training their new hires and introducing them to the world of mainframes. They will walk through IBM's 3 stage formal education process; mentoring programs; monthly new hire activities and events; as well as their personal experience. Featuring behemoth laptops; green screens; refrigerator sized super computers and a few wild ducks.
