As Linux on System Z becomes more widely used in the Enterprise, Mainframe Systems Programmers and Capacity Planners now are also faced with maintaining Linux server resources. Dovetailed Technologies offers the Co:Z toolkit which enables the maintenance of the Mainframe Linux resources remotely from a z/OS LPAR. Efficiencies can be realized by using the Co:Z Launcher to securely launch and control remote commands and scripts from a z/OS batch job using an SSH connection.-Kathleen Hodge-EMC
