		As new developers embrace mainframe development, they want to develop in a way they know and are comfortable with. As well, the flexibility, independence, and team collaboration characteristics that modern SCMs provide for off-mainframe development are now available for on-mainframe development.  During this session, we'll compare and contrast traditional mainframe SCM practices vs using Git with any modern IDE to do mainframe development.
