Working in an environment where your coworkers are older and vastly more experienced than you can present certain challenges.  Technical leadership seems unattainable when your skills are measured against someone working in the industry since before you were born.  How can you motivate someone to do the right thing when they are old enough to be your parent, have more than twice the experience you do, and you don’t have the positional power to make them do anything to boot?  Let’s explore the answer in this session.-Matthew T.
