Great developers, DBAs, sysadmins, and/or systems programmers are invaluable to an organization. Usually that "greatness" comes from a high degree of technical aptitude. But how much more value could you provide beyond knowing technology? Are you truly a leader, or just a really good technician? What attributes do good technical leaders possess?
