The Board will report to the Membership on SHARE activities, and will entertain questions from the floor. Agenda items include a SHARE financial report, membership committee report, Board of Directors status report, and additional business items. The Senior Management Team will report to the Membership on activities related to the technical direction of SHARE's Projects and Programs.
