As Minorities in the tech industry, women have encountered several challenges throughout our journeys that has shaped us to be the engineers that we are today. Being eager and open minded has allowed us to standout and provide value in a demanding work environment. We will share our experiences, motivations, plateaus, and career advice we have received that can be helpful to anyone in their early career. We will also share some tips on how to push yourself out of your comfort zone, and most importantly what to do to stay on top of your game.
