z/OS 2.1 zFS Function Update

This presentation will focus on the new function delivered in z/OS 2.1 zFS, no matter what type of function.  The z/OS 2.1 zFS release is significant in that it has provided two big pieces of function: new v5 file system which fixes the large directory issue with zFS, and a new salvager and a bunch of smaller, yet relevant items.  The two big ones - large directory and salvager have many new externals: new commands, new queries, conversion processes, and new messages.-Vivian Morabito-IBM Corporation
